Discount Tire

Very friendly and professional. Jordan took the time to answer all my questions and seemed to really know the products. He made some additional recommendations but didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. New tires were installed very quickly.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Discount Tire location and had another great experience today. I came in after running over road debris that caused some lower underbody covers to drag underneath my vehicle. Even though they were busy, Jordan and Alex took the time to lift the vehicle, check the tires, inspect underneath, and secure the loose covers so I could safely get back on the road. They were professional, helpful, and didn’t charge me for the quick assist. Really appreciated the customer service and the willingness to help beyond a standard tire issue. Great team at this location!

I had a great experience at this Discount Tire location. I recently bought a set of tires here, and when I unfortunately ran over a nail shortly after, I brought the vehicle back in. The staff didn't skip a beat. They removed the nail, took care of the issue, and even threw in a tire rotation while it was on the rack. The entire team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and transparent about the wait time. It’s rare to find a shop that pairs excellent, efficient service with such a welcoming attitude. They’ve absolutely earned my repeat business. Highly recommend this location!

Totally AWESOME experience!!! They were extremely knowlegeable and helpful. Went in with a flat (which they offerred to repair for free) and ultimately decided to replace all 4 tires. Got a great price...matching and exceed a previous quote I got from another shop!!! To top it off, it took less than 30 minutes to replace all 4 tires, air up the spare, return it to the storage area beneath the car and to return the jack and associated equipment in it proper place (totally unexpected that they would take this extra step...WOW!) Customer for life!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this location for tire repair, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Tony stood out for being incredibly informative about the tire I needed for my vehicle. His knowledge and willingness to explain the options made me feel confident in my decision. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes the time to ensure customers understand their choices, and Tony did just that. After the repair, Jerry returned my vehicle and provided valuable information about the lug nuts. I was genuinely excited about this because it showed their commitment to going beyond just the basics. It’s the little details like this that make a huge difference. Jerry’s friendly demeanor and helpful insights made the experience even better. Chris also played a key role in my positive experience, clearly explaining the process of my vehicle’s timing. His ability to break down complex information in a way that I could easily understand was truly appreciated. It’s not often you come across a team where everyone is genuinely invested in making sure you leave satisfied and well-informed. This lo
